Mr. Raysa Receives the Silver Beaver Award

February 2006

Established in 1931, the Silver Beaver Award is the highest recognition award a scouter is able to receive recognizing devoted service to the scouting program.  This award is bestowed on an individual by their local council on behalf of the Boy Scouts of America through a nomination and the Council Board approval process.
